Whip up a quick blackberry coulis with fresh berries, sugar, and zesty lemon - perfect for dressing up desserts like cheesecake, ice cream, yogurt, and crêpes!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh blackberries, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions:
  • In a small food processor, puree blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice until smooth, about 15 to 20 seconds, ensuring the sugar has dissolved. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, then blend briefly.
  • Pass the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to eliminate seeds. Chill in the refrigerator until needed.
