Indulge in refreshing gin and tonic ice pops infused with blackberries and lime - a sophisticated treat for summer parties!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle tonic water
  • 4 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons gin
  • 1 lime
  • 24 blackberries, cut in half
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, bring tonic water and sugar to a boil over medium-high heat. Let it boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in gin, and allow it to cool while you prepare the ice pops.
  • Cut the lime into 6 slices, then halve each slice. Place 2 lime pieces in each mold and distribute the berries evenly among them.
  • Fill the molds with the tonic water mixture using a funnel, leaving a 1/2-inch space at the top. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
