Sizzle up a delicious grilled sea bass in 20 minutes on the BBQ.
Ingredients:
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets skinless sea bass
  • 2 medium lemons, halved
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill, or as desired
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill by preheating it to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  • Drizzle melted butter over a plate. Combine paprika, garlic salt, thyme, black pepper, and cayenne in a small bowl, stirring until fully mixed.
  • Coat sea bass fillets in rich melted butter, ensuring both sides are evenly covered. Sprinkle with flavorful seasoning blend all over.
  • Grill the fillets covered for 3 to 4 minutes until they are blackened and flaky. Flip and cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Garnish with lemon halves and dill sprigs before serving.
