  • 515.00 gm milk
  • 36.00 gm sugar
  • 20.00 gm cornflour
  • Vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • In a heavy-based saucepan, gently bring the milk and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat and gradually stir in 2 tablespoons of cornflour, ensuring a smooth consistency. If necessary, mix in a splash of cold milk to achieve desired thickness.
  • Return the pot to the stove and stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil, approximately 2 minutes. Lower the heat and stir in vanilla to your liking.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and let it cool and firm up before chilling it in the refrigerator.
