Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, mix sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring. Simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add vanilla extract, then divide the mixture into four 1/2-cup custard cups. Chill until thickened for about 1 hour.
