Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, sliced
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 baby carrots
  • 1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
  • 2 ice cubes, or as desired
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions:
  • Combine orange juice, mango, frozen banana, carrots, vanilla yogurt, ice cubes, and ginger in a blender. Pulse to crush ice, then blend until smooth, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
