Whip up golden stovetop blender crepes for effortless deliciousness and easy cleanup.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, milk, eggs, and salt in a blender. Use a spatula to ensure all ingredients are well mixed and the flour is evenly moistened without sticking to the edges.
  • Heat the butter in a crepe pan or frying pan over medium heat until melted.
  • Combine flour mixture with melted butter in the blender and blend on high speed for 2 to 3 seconds to ensure a smooth mixture. Return the frying pan to the stovetop.
  • Carefully pour the batter into the hot pan, swirling to coat the bottom. Scrape off any excess batter and clean the edges of the pan with a spatula before returning it to the stove. Rinse off any partially cooked batter from the spatula before continuing.
  • Cook the crepe on medium heat, checking often until the bottom is a very light brown color, should take 1 to 2 minutes. Gently flip the crepe and cook until golden, around 1 minute more, making sure not to overcook. Place the crepe on a serving plate and continue with the rest of the batter.
