Blood Orange Mimosa

Pink sugar-rimmed glasses hold a tangy mimosa of blood orange and pineapple juices.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup pink sanding sugar, or as needed
  • 1 (750 milliliter) bottle brut Champagne
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup blood orange juice
  • 2 fluid ounces orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier®)
Instructions:
  • Moisten the rims of 4 champagne flutes with water, then dip them into sanding sugar to coat.
  • Distribute Champagne evenly into the flutes. Pour 2 tablespoons of pineapple juice and 2 tablespoons of blood orange juice into each flute. Finish off the mimosas with a splash of orange liqueur on top.
