Easy BLT bites on a stick using Pillsbury™ pie crusts for a quick and delicious snack!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (14.1 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Pie Crusts (2 Count), softened as directed on box
  • 10 to 12 paper lollipop sticks or craft sticks
  • 5 to 6 grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves or arugula
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray.
  • Remove the pie crusts from the pouches and unroll them on a lightly floured work surface. Use a 2-inch T-shirt or jersey-shaped (or desired shape) cookie cutter to cut out 10 to 12 shapes from each crust.
  • Arrange half of the cutouts on a baking sheet and gently insert lollipop sticks into the dough, leaving the top of the stick almost level with the top of the cutout. Place 2 tomato halves on each, then sprinkle evenly with cheese, bacon, and basil. Top each with the remaining cutouts and press the edges together with a fork. Brush the tops with egg and sprinkle with salt before baking.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges turn golden brown. Enjoy warm.
