Delicious grilled pear crostini with blue cheese, walnuts, and honey - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser!
Ingredients:
  • 2 small pears
  • 0.33333334326744 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 8 (1/2 inch) slices French baguette
  • 2 slices blue cheese
  • 1 tablespoon toasted chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint, or to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
  • Prepare the outdoor grill to medium heat and brush the grate lightly with oil. Slice the pears into half-moons.
  • Grill the pears on high heat until beautifully browned, approximately 5 minutes per side. Then, remove from the grill and set aside.
  • Cut blue cheese slices into 8 evenly sized pieces.
  • Generously slather cream cheese on bread slices. Layer on juicy grilled pear slices and tangy blue cheese. Sprinkle with crunchy walnuts, fresh mint, and a hint of pepper. Finish by drizzling with luscious honey.
