Elevate your grilled hot dogs with blue cheese, hard boiled eggs, and a spicy sriracha kick. Devilishly delicious twist!
Ingredients:
  • 8 beef hot dogs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 8 hot dog buns, split, toasted
  • 4 hard-cooked eggs, peeled, sliced, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 medium green onions, sliced (2 tablespoons)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the gas or charcoal grill.
  • Grill hot dogs on medium heat, uncovered, for 10 to 15 minutes, turning regularly until hot and perfectly cooked.
  • Combine creamy mayonnaise with spicy sriracha sauce, spread a generous amount on each toasted bun. Add the hot dogs on top of the spread. Finish off with eggs, tangy blue cheese, and flavorful onions.
