Indulgent blueberry cream cheese pie with nutty crust and zesty blueberry topping.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup margarine, melted
  • 4 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) for that perfect baking temperature.
  • Combine the flour, pecans, and butter in a bowl until a dough forms. Press the dough into a 9x13-inch baking dish to create a crust.
  • Bake in a toasty oven until beautifully golden for around 30 minutes. Let the crust cool down completely.
  • Simmer blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice in a saucepan over medium heat until berries burst and sauce thickens, approximately 10 minutes. Let the blueberry mixture cool down fully.
  • Whip cream cheese until fluffy, then incorporate sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Mix in 1/3 cup of lemon juice. Pour filling into cooled crust and top with blueberry sauce. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before serving.
