Whip up a luscious blueberry raspberry cream cheese for a delightful fruity twist on your breakfast favorites.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Cube the cream cheese and place it in a medium bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until smooth for about 2 minutes. Gently incorporate the blueberries until partially smashed, then add the raspberries and mix until just broken up. Finally, add vanilla extract and maple syrup, mixing until the desired consistency is reached.
  • Transfer the luscious cream cheese into an airtight container and chill until it reaches the perfect consistency, approximately 30 minutes. Keep the container stored in the fridge for freshness.
