Blueberry crisp with sweet orange, cinnamon, and brown sugar topping - a timeless summer treat bursting with juicy flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup cold butter, diced
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons instant tapioca
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 6 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
  • Heat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a food processor, blend flour, brown sugar, butter, and salt until you have coarse crumbs.
  • Combine white sugar, fresh orange juice, tapioca, and fragrant cinnamon in a bowl. Gently fold in blueberries until evenly coated. Transfer the blueberry mixture into a large baking dish and generously sprinkle crumb topping over the berries.
  • Bake until the topping is beautifully golden and the filling bubbles, approximately 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
