Delicious peach blueberry crisp with buttery oat topping, almonds, cinnamon, and brown sugar.
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sliced peaches(such as Cascadian Farm®), thawed and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen blueberries(such as Cascadian Farm®), thawed and drained
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 0.5 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.33333334326744 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup chopped almonds
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.125 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 0.25 cup butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect bake.
  • Combine peaches, blueberries, and lemon juice in a baking dish, then mix in flour and sugar until well coated.
  • Prepare the topping by combining oats, brown sugar, flour, almonds, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a medium bowl. Mix in butter using a pastry cutter or fork until crumbly, then sprinkle evenly over the fruit in the baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until the fruit is bubbly and the topping is golden brown, around 30 minutes.
