Blueberry cheesecake bliss!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.75 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Combine the flour, pecans, and butter in a large mixing bowl, then press the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan.
  • After 30 minutes in the preheated oven, let it cool.
  • In a large bowl, mix together confectioners' sugar, cream cheese, milk, whipped topping mix, and vanilla until silky smooth using an electric mixer on high speed. Pour the mixture over the baked crust.
  • Refrigerate until cold. Just before serving, generously spoon over the luscious blueberry pie filling.
