Elevate your Dutch baby with fresh blueberries for a quick and delightful treat sure to impress your loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 3 large eggs
  • 0.75 cup whole milk
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup blueberries
  • confectioners' sugar for dusting
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract in one bowl until well combined. In another bowl, mix flour, salt, and cinnamon. Gradually whisk the flour mixture into the egg mixture until the batter is smooth.
  • Heat butter in a medium-hot 8-inch cast iron skillet until it melts. Pour in the batter and generously sprinkle with fresh blueberries.
  • Place the Dutch baby in the preheated oven until it puffs up and turns golden, usually about 20 to 25 minutes. Once ready, take it out of the oven, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, and serve right away.
