Elevate your breakfast with vibrant, sweet blueberries in individual baked Dutch babies for a delightful morning treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Add butter to 2 shallow 1-cup oven-proof dishes and let it melt in the oven.
  • Combine blueberries, brown sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a bowl and gently mix until well blended.
  • In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, flour, and salt until smooth. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared dishes, then top with blueberry mixture and sprinkle blueberries evenly over the top.
  • Bake until puffed and golden in the preheated oven for 17 to 20 minutes.
