Upgrade the classic puffed cereal treat by using puffed millet instead of Rice Krispies, mixed with flavorful peanut butter and honey.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup natural peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3.5 cups puffed millet cereal
  • 0.5 cup chopped dried mixed fruit
Instructions:
  • Coat an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, mix together peanut butter, honey, and salt until well combined and bring to a boil. Stir in vanilla.
  • After removing from heat, carefully fold in millet and dried fruit. Transfer the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly. Let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour until set.
  • Cut into 16 delectable squares.
