Whip up a crowd-pleasing blueberry Dutch baby for a cozy family meal.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries, or more to taste
  • 1 cup blueberries, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) while you let a 10-inch ovenproof skillet warm up inside.
  • In a blender, mix eggs, milk, flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and salt until the batter is silky smooth.
  • After heating a skillet in the oven, melt margarine in it by swirling. Add the batter to the skillet.
  • Bake until beautifully puffy and golden in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes.
  • Combine bananas, strawberries, blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a bowl for a fruity compote. Spoon the compote over a hot pancake, add a dollop of frozen whipped topping, cut into wedges, and serve instantly.
