Moist blueberry bread with golden crust, enjoy anytime with fresh or frozen blueberries!
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 cups blueberries
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  • Mix together milk, oil, egg, and vanilla extract with the flour mixture until just combined. Gently fold in blueberries and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 70 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool briefly on a wire rack, then carefully invert onto a serving plate or cooling rack to cool completely.
