Create a vibrant and delicious pancake brunch featuring fruity delights!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (16.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Wild Blueberry Muffin & Quick Bread Mix
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup maple-flavored syrup
Instructions:
  • Separate blueberries from their liquid, giving them a quick rinse before setting them aside. Mix muffin mix, water, oil, and eggs in a mixing bowl until just blended. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
  • If needed, lightly grease a hot griddle. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes until golden, then flip and cook for another minute until golden.
  • Warm the blueberry liquid and syrup. Drizzle the syrup over the pancakes.
