Indulge in fruity chocolate tortilla dessert, ready in just 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 4 flour tortillas (about 7 inches in diameter)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons shortening
  • 1 cup blueberries or raspberries
  • 3 medium nectarines or peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 cup peach yogurt
Instructions:
  • Warm each tortilla in a skillet or microwave for 15 to 20 seconds to soften. Gently shape each tortilla into a 10-ounce custard cup to form a shell. Microwave on High, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes, making sure to rotate the cups halfway through, until the tortillas feel dry. Remove from cups and enjoy!
  • Combine chocolate chips and shortening in a small bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High for 1 to 2 minutes or until softened. Stir until smooth. Dip edges of tortillas into melted chocolate and drizzle the remaining chocolate on the inside of the tortillas. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes until the chocolate is firm.
  • Combine juicy blueberries and sweet nectarines, then spoon the fruit mixture onto tortillas. Finish by adding a dollop of creamy yogurt on top.
