Whip up a delicious Italian bocconcini, basil, and tomato pizza in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 400g Turkish Bread, halved horizontally
  • 170g passata
  • 210g tub Brand Traditional Bocconcini, torn
  • Basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill on high and the oven to 230C. Place the bread cut-side up on a baking tray and grill for 1-2 mins until lightly toasted.
  • Evenly coat the bread with passata, then layer on the bocconcini. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the bocconcini is golden and gooey.
  • Place the pizzas on a serving board and generously sprinkle them with fragrant basil. Cut the pizzas into delectable slices before serving.
