Elevate your pizza game with the choice to either keep it simple with store-bought bases and sauce, or impress with homemade versions from scratch.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pizza base (see related recipe)
  • 68.75 gm bottled tomato pasta sauce or Basic tomato pasta sauce (see related recipe)
  • 50g salami
  • 125g grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 120g bocconcini cheese, sliced
  • 62.50 ml fresh basil leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a piping hot 240°C/220°C fan-forced. Spread the pizza base with a rich tomato sauce and lavish it with savory salami, ripe tomato slices, and creamy bocconcini. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until the base is delightfully crisp and the cheese is ooey gooey. Finish by garnishing with fresh basil leaves and serve your masterpiece. Enjoy!
