Indulgent Brazilian condensed milk cake made effortlessly in a blender, perfect with tea.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 14 fluid ounces milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and prepare a 9-inch tube pan by greasing and flouring it.
  • Blend condensed milk, milk, eggs, and butter until smooth. Blend in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until batter is smooth. Pour into cake pan.
  • Bake until beautifully golden brown in the preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
