Tender chicken strips marinated in sweet-and-spicy sauce, served with creamy blue cheese dressing.
Ingredients:
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Frank's™ RedHot™ Original cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb), each cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-wide strips
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, combine all chicken ingredients (except the chicken). Add the chicken and mix until well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  • In a small bowl, combine the dressing and sour cream until thoroughly mixed. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Preheat a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Using a slotted spoon, transfer the marinated chicken to the skillet. Sauté the chicken for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour in the reserved marinade and continue cooking over medium-high heat for 6 to 7 minutes until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through.
  • Transfer the dipping sauce to a small serving bowl, sprinkle with parsley and blue cheese. Place the bowl on a serving platter and surround it with warm chicken. Serve with cocktail toothpicks.
