Indulge in boneless Buffalo chicken dip with rotisserie chicken, ranch, and Cheddar cheese.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 1.5 cups shredded skinless rotisserie chicken breast
  • 0.5 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cut into chunks
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.33333334326744 cup ranch dressing
  • 0.33333334326744 cup Buffalo-style hot pepper sauce (such as Frank's® Red Hot®)
  • 3 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a 3-cup oven-proof serving dish with cooking spray.
  • In a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, and cayenne until the cream cheese melts, about 2 to 3 minutes. Add ranch dressing, then transfer the mixture to a prepared dish. Spread Buffalo sauce on top evenly and sprinkle with Cheddar.
  • Place the dish in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until heated through and the cheese is melted. Once done, take it out, sprinkle with blue cheese, and serve while still warm.
