Deliciously versatile cookies using leftover cereals for a crispy treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pouch (17.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ Sugar Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups total of Trix™, Lucky Charms™, Cinnamon Toast Crunch™, Honey Nut Cheerios™, Cocoa Puffs™ and/or Corn Chex™ cereal (including cereal crumbs)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine cookie mix, butter, and egg in a large bowl until a soft dough forms, then mix in the cereal.
  • Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, keeping them 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool for 1 minute before transferring to a cooling rack.
