Indulgent bourbon-infused brownies perfect for Father's Day, ready in no time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 0.25 cup bourbon
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease an 8-inch baking pan.
  • Combine the sugar, melted butter, cocoa powder, oil, and vanilla extract in a bowl, stirring until smooth. Incorporate the eggs, then gently mix in the bourbon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold the dry ingredients into the cocoa mixture until just combined. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Allow it to cool completely before slicing.
