Decadent bourbon pecan pie milkshake with vanilla ice cream, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons bourbon
  • 1/8 slice cold baked pecan pie, cut into chunks (from 9-inch pie)
  • Sweetened whipped cream, if desired
  • Toasted pecan halves or chopped pecans, if desired
Instructions:
  • Combine ice cream, milk, and brandy in a blender. Blend on high speed until a smooth and creamy consistency is achieved. Add pie chunks and blend again until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender as needed.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses and dollop with sweetened whipped cream. Finish with a sprinkle of pecans on top. Enjoy promptly.
