Elevate your deviled eggs by adding creamy Boursin garlic & herb cheese for extra flavor with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 1/2 (5.2-ounce) package gournay cheese, such as Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, or as needed
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh chives
Instructions:
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in mini food processor; set aside egg whites. If you don't have a mini food processor, simply mash all ingredients together in a bowl using a fork.
  • Combine the Boursin, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper with the egg yolks until smooth, making sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl. If needed, mix in an extra tablespoon of mayonnaise to reach desired consistency.
  • Transfer the yolk mixture into a resealable bag, snip off a corner, and pipe it into the egg whites. Garnish with chives and refrigerate until serving.
