Delicious bow tie pasta tossed with sauteed veggies. The perfect side for chicken or meatloaf.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package farfalle (bow tie) pasta
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook pasta until al dente, about 8 to 10 minutes. Drain pasta.
  • Saute zucchini and onion in olive oil until tender. Mix in cooked farfalle pasta and season with salt and pepper before serving.
