Quick and healthy pasta dish ready in under 30 minutes for the whole family.
Ingredients:
  • 350g Vegeroni Bowtie Pasta
  • olive oil cooking spray
  • 125g 97% fat-free bacon rashers, sliced into thin strips
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 250.00 ml frozen baby peas
  • 187.50 ml low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions:
  • Boil pasta in a large saucepan of salted water according to package instructions until al dente.
  • Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Spray lightly with oil. Cook bacon, stirring often, until crisp, about 3-4 minutes. Add tomato, garlic, and peas and cook until tomato is soft, about 3-4 minutes.
  • After draining the pasta, return it to the pan and mix it with the tomato sauce, crumbled feta, salt, and pepper. Toss gently over low heat until everything is well combined. Serve and enjoy!
