Slow-braised flank steak in rich onion sauce for extra flavorful gravy.
Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 cup steak sauce (such as A1®)
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 (2 pound) flank steak
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and line a 9x13-inch baking pan with foil.
  • Combine water, steak sauce, and soup mix in a small bowl, creating a flavorful mixture. Spread a small amount in the bottom of the prepared pan, followed by placing the steak on top, and then pouring the remaining sauce over the steak. Lastly, cover the pan with foil.
  • Roast in the preheated oven until juicy and perfectly pink at the center, checking for an internal temperature of 140 degrees F (60 degrees C) for medium doneness, 1 to 2 hours.
