  • 250g butter, at room temperature
  • 240g (1 1/2 cups) icing sugar mixture
  • 80mls (1/3cup) brandy
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, use electric beaters to whip the butter until it turns pale and creamy. Add the icing sugar and keep beating until it becomes light and fluffy. Slowly pour in the brandy and beat until everything is well combined.
  • Place your dish into a sealed container and keep it fresh in the refrigerator for up to one week.
