Brazilian beef kebabs

Whip up a sizzling Brazilian barbecue for a taste extravaganza!
Ingredients:
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) extra virgin olive oil
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) fresh orange juice
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2.50 gm ground cumin
  • 1.25 gm paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1kg beef rump steak, fat trimmed, cut into thin strips
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Mission Wraps, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a glass or ceramic bowl, mix together oil, orange juice, garlic, cumin, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Add the beef and stir well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours to marinate.
  • Skewer the beef onto metal skewers for a delicious presentation.
  • Preheat a large barbecue grill on medium-high heat, then grill the skewers for 1-2 minutes on each side until they reach your desired level of doneness. Enjoy them with wraps.
