Delicious gluten-free Brazilian cheese rolls made with tapioca starch, Parmesan cheese, and simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups tapioca starch
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup water
  • 0.33333334326744 cup milk
  • 6 ounces shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Combine tapioca starch and salt in a large bowl.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, bring oil, water, and milk to a boil until a white foam forms. Pour the milk mixture into the tapioca starch mixture, stirring until well combined. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes before using.
  • Combine Parmesan cheese and eggs with the dough until fully incorporated. Form the dough into 1 1/2-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until rolls are golden brown, about 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
