Quick and tangy Brazilian no-bake family favorite dessert, perfect for those who prefer less sweet treats.
Ingredients:
  • 8 passion fruits
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups cream
Instructions:
  • Halve passion fruits and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Use water to rinse out the skins, then massage the pulp gently. Strain the mixture through a sieve or cheesecloth and stir in sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
  • Beat chilled cream until stiff peaks form in a bowl. Fold 1/3 of the cream into the passion fruit mixture, then swiftly fold in the rest of the cream until well combined. Chill for 1 hour before serving.
