Easy bread machine focaccia: make dough, brush with oil, sprinkle rosemary, bake until golden. Delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary, divided
  • 1.5 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Add water, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic, bread flour, 1 tablespoon of rosemary, salt, and yeast into the bread machine following the order listed or as per the manufacturer's recommendation. Start the Dough cycle and let it run for about 90 minutes. Once done, take out the dough from the machine.
  • Press dough into a 9x13-inch baking pan or a 12-inch pizza pan. Create dimples in the dough every inch using your fingers. Brush with the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 tablespoon of rosemary. Cover with plastic wrap and allow it to rest while the oven preheats, approximately 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) until it's nice and toasty.
  • Unwrap the focaccia and bake in the preheated oven until beautifully golden, for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow it to cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
