Make gourmet cinnamon-ginger bread effortlessly with the touch of a button.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Instructions:
  • Carefully measure and place all ingredients in the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Choose the Basic/White cycle with a Medium or Light crust color setting. Once the bread is baked, take it out of the pan and allow it to cool on a wire rack.
