Simplify pizza dough with this easy bread machine recipe.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup flat beer
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2.25 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for brushing
Instructions:
  • Add beer, butter, sugar, salt, flour, and yeast to the bread machine following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose the Dough setting and start the machine.
  • After the bread machine cycle is done, shape the dough onto a pizza pan, brush with olive oil, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for a perfectly heated cooking environment.
  • Cover the dough with your favorite sauce and toppings.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 24 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
