Make pizza dough in the bread machine with olive oil for a chewy crust and authentic flavor, perfect for a Mediterranean pizza.
Ingredients:
  • 0.875 cup warm water
  • 0.75 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Follow your bread-maker manufacturer's recommendations for ingredient order. Select the dough setting and begin the machine. When the machine signals, take out the dough.
  • Press the dough into a 12x15-inch jelly roll pan or a greased 12-inch round pizza pan and let it stand for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C). Spread pizza sauce over the dough, sprinkle with toppings, then bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
