Easy and delicious Italian-style pizza crust made effortlessly in a bread machine!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1.5 teaspoons dried oregano
Instructions:
  • In the bread machine pan, mix warm water, yeast, and sugar. Allow it to sit for around 10 minutes until the yeast softens and creates a creamy foam.
  • Combine flour, olive oil, basil, oregano, and salt into the yeast mixture. Insert the bread machine bowl into the bread machine.
  • Choose the Dough setting and begin.
