Elevate your pizza game with a simple cauliflower-almond crust infused with aromatic herbs.
Ingredients:
  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon thyme
  • 0.5 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 dash salt
  • 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Pulse cauliflower in a food processor or blender until it resembles rice grains; spread on a baking sheet.
  • Roast until tender and caramelized, approximately 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • In a large bowl, combine softened cauliflower with almond flour, eggs, oregano, thyme, and rosemary until a dough forms.
  • Sprinkle flour on a pizza pan, then use a spatula to spread the dough into a crust.
  • Place the crust in the preheated oven and bake until it turns a beautiful golden brown and the edges are perfectly crispy, approximately 20 minutes.
