Deliciously dense bread blending rye, whole wheat flours, cocoa, and molasses.
Ingredients:
  • 1.125 cups warm water
  • 1.5 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.33333334326744 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seed
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup rye flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons vital wheat gluten
  • 2.5 teaspoons bread machine yeast
Instructions:
  • Add the ingredients to the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's instructions. Choose the Basic cycle and start the machine.
