Bread Machine Sour Cream and Vanilla Bread

Golden, light, and irresistible bread machine sensation, similar to pound cake.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened
  • 3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast
Instructions:
  • Carefully place all ingredients in the bread machine pan following the manufacturer's suggested order.
  • Choose the Sweet or Basic/White cycle and select Light crust color. Avoid using the delay cycle. Take out the baked bread from the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
