Satisfy your breakfast cravings with a delicious cheesy casserole combining eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy all in one dish!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (2.64 ounce) package sausage-flavored gravy mix (such as McCormick®)
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 (16.3 ounce) can buttermilk biscuit dough, separated
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect cooking environment.
  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together gravy mix and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until boiling. Lower the heat and simmer for 1 minute; the gravy will thicken as it cools.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown and crumble the sausage, stirring occasionally, for 5 to 7 minutes until cooked through. Drain excess grease before proceeding.
  • Layer the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish with biscuits. Pour eggs over the biscuits, layer with sausage, top with gravy, and finish with shredded Cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until the eggs are firm and the cheese is gooey.
