French-style thin crepes made with eggs, milk, and flour cooked in butter. Top with powdered sugar for a delicious breakfast or snack. Easy recipe that can be doubled for more servings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pinch salt
Instructions:
  • Combine flour, milk, egg, and salt in a medium mixing bowl, whisk until smooth.
  • Heat a large frying pan or wok over medium high heat. Add a teaspoon of butter and coat the pan with the melted butter.
  • Pour a quarter cup of batter into the pan and swirl gently to evenly coat the surface.
  • Check the edge of the crepe after 2 minutes to see if it's browning. Once the underside is browned, flip the crepe and cook the other side until browned, about 2 minutes.
  • Cook the remaining crepes following the same process as before. Serve hot.
