Indulge in fluffy Czech crepes, perfect for breakfast or dessert, topped with fruit, yogurt, and whipped cream.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk, or more as needed
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
  • 0.5 cup plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar
  • 4 tablespoons whipped cream, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, blend flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt. Use an electric mixer to beat until smooth and slightly thinner than cake batter, adding more milk if necessary. Stir in butter.
  • 1. Heat oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Pour a large ladleful of batter into the center and swirl to coat the bottom. Cook until the crepe's underside is golden brown (1 to 2 minutes). Slide a spatula along the edges to release the crepe, flip, and cook the other side until light brown (about 1 minute). Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Place the crepes down and generously spread strawberries, yogurt, strawberry jam, honey, and cinnamon sugar on top. Carefully roll the crepes into logs and enjoy with a dollop of whipped cream.
